NOTICE: By utilizing the parking facilities and other services located at the 595 Truck Stop, Customer assumes any and all responsibility or liability for loss and/or damage to its  vehicle and trailer,  including  but  not  limited  to  theft,  collision,  fire,  acts  of  god, weather,  construction,  etc.  during any parking (day or overnight) in or at the parking facility.
